*** NEW*** Online Registration Option

In order to provide you with the most efficient registration process, we have instituted a new ONLINE REGISTRATION. To use, simply go to the left column of this page and click on the underlined 'Online Registration". The information from this form will go immediately into a database for staff to process. Fill out the form completely to assure that we can process it correctly. There is space for two class registrations, but you can fill out the form again with only your last name, first name and phone number to add additional classes. We can get the other information from your first registration. Staff will call if the class is filled, and we will send you a confirmation in the mail (if there is sufficient time before your class).
Please let us know if this method is an effective alternative to registering by phone. Thanks!

Funding Cuts

David Adams, a long-time instructor at the ACTC has taken a new position, and his instructional hours need to be changed. In addition, the state budget crisis has cut funding for education at all levels, and staffing from WCC has been affected. I personally apologize for any mishaps this may have caused, and I am working on getting the phones staffed again and the new schedule put online as soon as possible.

The ACTC grant is fully funded and no cuts in ACTC classes will be made. However, the additional staffing from WCC is affected by the state budget crisis, so there are some administrative issues that need to be resolved. The same classes will be offered to students, but the time the classes are offered will need to change (those would be the 'TBA' classes listed on the schedule). All other classes will remain as they are currently posted. There will be phone coverage again starting on Wed. April 8, although it will be on a shortened schedule of hours.
I know that many of you have taken classes with David, and his talent will be missed.
Please be patient with us during this transitional period.  Thank you.
