Waubonsee to Host Job Fair

Waubonsee Community College will host its annual Spring Job/Internship Fair on Thursday, April 7, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Academic and Professional Center on the college’s Sugar Grove Campus, Route 47 at Waubonsee Drive.

The event is free and open to the public. Job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and bring plenty of résumés.

Given the current economic climate, this year’s fair takes on increased importance. It is part of Waubonsee’s larger “Brighter Futures” initiative, which seeks to provide resources and strategies to help district residents thrive in a challenging economy. Job Fair 2010: Friday September 17, 2010

The 9th annual Working for the Fox Valley Job Fair 2010 will be held on Friday, September 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Waubonsee College Academic and Professional Building, Event Room, Sugar Grove, 60554. It is free and open to the public. There will be a shuttle bus from the Waubonsee Aurora Campus, 5 E Galena, 60506.
Suggestions: Bring plenty of resumes, dress professionally and be prepared to interview.
